Usmania Trading Services (UTS) respects your privacy. We may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, nationality, travel dates, passenger details, room and meal preferences, visa requirements, booking references, payment records and communications needed to quote, reserve and support requested services.
Information may be shared with hotels, airlines, visa processors, transport companies, travel suppliers, payment providers and technology providers only to deliver the requested service. Our portals may use Google Apps Script, Google Sheets and Google Drive. We retain information as reasonably required for bookings, accounting, disputes and legal compliance.
You may request access, correction or deletion subject to legal, accounting, contractual and supplier requirements. Do not send passport copies or payment information through an unsecured channel unless requested by an authorised UTS representative.

A website result, quotation, WhatsApp message, email or portal status is an enquiry or offer only. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of the required payment. Hotel rates, rooms, services and packages are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
Rates may change because of supplier revisions, currency exchange, taxes, government charges, season, occupancy, meal plan, room type or availability. Check-in/out, extra-bed, child, meal, cancellation, no-show and amendment rules depend on the selected hotel and rate period. Supplier cancellation and refund policies apply; non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
The customer must provide accurate names, passport details, dates and requirements and comply with immigration, airline, hotel and government rules. Never make payment to an unverified personal account. Confirm authorised UTS payment details before transferring funds.
